Today I went to town for a few things, after stopping to buy some wiper blades for my Focus I started the truck up to drive to the gas pumps. Everything was fine until the radio came on, there was nothing but stadic (sp) I tried all the pre-sets and nothing (it was playing when I parked the truck), then I tried the cd, that worked. Then back to the FM radio and again nothing. So once at the pumps I turned the truck off, then turned to acc. and the radio came on, and it has worked ever since. This is the first time that this has happened, what could have caused this??

 

This looks like the same problem I had. It turns on, volue adjusts, but nothing else lights up or works. I think it is in AM band, but not tuned to a station. The first time it did it, it was on an FM station that worked, but you couldn't change anything or adjust anything. Anyone know what is going on?
