They do, just hven't put them on yet.

 

how does that prerunner bar mount?? would I have to take off my grille to put it on? The grille mounts to those honey comb things on the sides

 

You have to take the honey combs out and cut them to fit around the tubes because the tubes attach to the bumper frame right where the little grills are.

Just remove your lower grill and cut out around the tubes, with alittle love you can make it work.
