Highbeam/foglight on mod

I've searched through a bunch of threads and can't seem to find anything on this. How do you keep the foglights on with the highbeams?

I can't make anything out of that pic in that linked thread.

Can someone explain the procedure to me like I'm a 6-year old?

You know, like what colored wire goes where and so forth?
