Not at all. The Scorpions appear to have plenty of sidewall to keep the ride smooth.

Your truck looks great with the 20s I have one question Did the 20s raise the height of your truck? I have 18s on mine i park in the garage I have a quater of an inch clearance from the top of my roof of the truck to the header on my garage

Thanks. The tires are about 1 inch taller, so you might not clear without some lower profile tires.

surely you've noticed a difference in ride quality.... is it firmer now? not as bouncy in the rear?

Honestly I've only been around the block with the new setup. Not enough time to compare the ride quality. I'm used to driving lowered mustangs so I'm not that picky. When I first got this rig it was so smooth I couldn't believe I was riding in a truck.

I agree. That pic of the BFG ATs on 20s with a level is flat-out beautiful!

My truck came with the factory 20's and I can tell a difference, firmer ride compared to the test drives with just 18's, the tires also flat spot if it sitting for a while, after afew miles the flat spot go away but you can still feel a lot of bumps that you might not have felt before with smaller tires but I don't mind.

All of this is in the owners manual, it says that the truck has high performance tires and will flat spot if sat for a while, my father has a Benz with 19's on it and it does the same thing so I guess I can campare my truck to a luxury car

Thanks for the comments guys! When I had the factory scorpions (sp) on it drove about the same as my 2004 with 18's. Heck, even with my BFG KO's it rides great. My friends both have titans and they can't believe how smooth my truck is compared to theirs, even with the leveling kit and rear AAL.

Russ04 I know what you mean about having 1/2 inch clearance when pulling into the garage.

P.S. I think the OEM 20's are some of the best looking wheels Ford has put on its truck!

I think that chrome would look even better, I have been checking to see if anyone has any or can chrome them but no luck yet.
