tranny fluid

I have a 04 F-150 wit hte 4.6L. I have to replace the radiator. Can I use mobil 1 synthetic ATF that is good for mercon V or should I get regular mercon V fluid? Is the tranny fluid from the dealer fully synthetic?

Mercon V is already fully synthetic with proper additives for Ford spec. I'd go with the highest quality you can find with that spec on the bottle.

I don't know about that, but I apologize for my misinformation earlier. Upon further review, Mercon V IS a blend. My bad.
