Exclamation The Big Three and a Battery Light

who has done the big three (power cables) and had a battery light come on? i ran a 5 gauge street wires cable from the battery to the alt and replaced the power and ground cables as well. it is charging fine. 14.96. just wondering if anyone else has run into this problem. what size cable did you run from the battery to the alternator.

I left the existing stock wiring in place when I did the big 3. I figured the current would take the path of least resistance. My battery light did not come on, I can't help with that but make sure that nothing is grounding out and reset the PCM so it can configure the new current flow.

Good luck
