Brake master cylnder Cap

I know its common for the brake master to lose fluid beause it indiacates brake pad wear. But everytime i go to check the fluid and remove the cap I have to push back in the rubber mushey thing. Its always coming out.I though someone told me that indicates something going on.
Help me out.I know hondas but not ford..

Mine does the same thing and leaks little drops of fluid out of the cap. I took it to Ford 4 times, they replaced the master cylinder and it still does it. Ive mentioned it on here and ppl have said that this was normal and not to worry about it.

Well I guess for future reference, leaking brake fluid will not be a cause for concern then. Hmm..

When you drive the fluid heats up and when it cools down it creates a small vacuum that pulls the liner out. Unless your having noticeable braking issues, don't worry about it.

If the fluid is leaking from the cap, it is no cause for concern.
