Question Power Window Wiring Question

After you hook up the windows and wire them you should only have 2 wires to run to the truck correct?? Power and ground?? Also where can I tap the power wire into?? I don't want it to be on constantly?? Can I tap into my cigarette lighter wire or is that to small?? I know you can go direct to the battery but that is constant unless you buy a relay and I am unsure on how to wire those.

Why is there a time limit to rolling the windows up and down. They should be wired for always on if you ask me. I'm sure it's for security purposes if you leave your window cracked but how much harder is it to pop the lock.

Huh??

I never said anything about a time limit. I was wondering how to wire them to an accessory of some sort without over powering the fuse. I am getting power windows because that is the only way to utilize the rear windows since I have a dog. Thanks
