Clicking, Grinding? Making right turn Help!

Help Anyone, I have 06 Screw Lariat 5.4 Limited Slip, 2 days ago heard a Clicking, grinding noise when I turn right, 15 to 20 mph, coming from the right side of the truck, then goes away after a few feet of driving, Front or back not sure right now. Heard it again today, but it is raining cats & dogs here in Northeast Mass. It is not all the time maybe once a day so far. Any ideas??? Going to call dealer tomorrow to make appointment

maybe this can help

Today I repaired a 2004 f-150 4x4. The truck had vacuum control locking front axles. I had found that the noise in this truck was the gears between tha actuator and the hub. I was not finished there. The control switch on the fire wall (pass. side) was faulty. While the truck was going down the road the front axles were engaging and dis-engaging, distroying the gears at the wheel.

If you want to check this disconect the vacuum line from the switch on the firewall and jump the vacuum past the switch to force 2 wheel drive by unlocking the front axles. If your noise goes away, dis assemble the front hubs and inspect the hub and actuator gears. If damaged; replace hub, actuator and vacuum control switch. I am located in Albany, NY if you need help.

I had the same problem on an 01 ranger. Would click in right turn only. I had it in the shop a bunch of times, but they never could find the problem. The changed the whole brake system as well with no fix. The next step was going to be the cv joint, but I traded it in before they had a chance to look at it. So dont let them tell you its the brakes
