I usually fill up at about 1/4 tank and in my screw that means 60-70 liters so not quite $75 usually. Regular is at $1.094/l right now. It might be expensive but not as bad as most of the country.

I never let mine get below 1/4 tank before I refill. With a 30 gallon tank and $2.80 - $2.90 for gas it's a killer. The most I have ever spent for a fill up is $72. I keep tabs on my fuel purcahses online and since purchasing my truck in Feb I have spent $1015 for all fuel purchases with May being my highest month at almost $350.

Yeah, I always fill up also and usually let it go till the fuel light comes on. I have a great Excel program that keeps track of all expenses. Since 2/14/05 I have filled up 45 times in 19,056 miles. In that time it took 1246.7 gallons at a total cost of $2761.82, average MPG is 15.3 and average cost per mile (gas only) is $0.144.
I have a Volant cold air intake and Edge evolution and neither has helped the mileage at all, BUT has increased HP and the "fun" factor.

Shoot boys I did that last October in my F-250 4X4 Company truck.
Our credit cards shut off at $100.00, but I managed to get in 35.727 gallons
into a 36 gallon tank, how's that for sniffing fumes?

OOPS, the link didn't work, sorry!

Gotta figure that the filler neck holds about a gallon and if the temperature is high the tank will expand a little but not much.

I don't hit $100, even when I used premium for the Edge...

I have spent as much as $123 to fill up my truck and top off the boat. That was just for gas, I spent another $25 on snacks, beverages and ice. It was an expensive day, 10 minutes after launching the boat, a friend pushed me in with a new pair of Oakleys and they dont float!!

I lost a sandal while tubing a few years back. I thinking it was lost for good I threw the remaining one in the fire that night. Naturally when I went down to the beach to go fishing the following morning the lost one had washed up on shore. 'DOH!
