Big problem.
My battery died and when i replaced it the fuses to the electric fans blew and then melted so i replaced those but still cant get any signs of life out of the fans.
Ive checked all the connections and still nothing. Are they just gone or what?
Please help

You say they melted, check the wire after the fuse (relay side) to see if you are getting curent through the fuse. It could be that after the meltdown the fuse is not making contact.

Do you have the Troyer E-fans? My fuses keep melting, one looked like it caught fire and burned to ashes (the entire "waterproof" fuse holder). I'm using 30amp fuses, I think the instructions say to move up to 35 if you have ones that keep blowing but someone will correct me if I'm wrong.

the fuse holders themselves were too badly damaged to even hold a new fuse so i replaced them and still nothing, i test fired the fans themselves with a 9v battery and they work so any ideas.

Yea its the troyer kit but the fuses arent blowing its just like the whole thing is dead.

There's still some possibilities. Have you checked the wiring itself?? Since you checked the fans and know they work, then you need to start working backwards. Test the wiring and see if your getting juice only up to a certain point. If that all checks out, then how about the controller? Might have damaged it somehow.
