Bolt pattern question

Hey I am looking at these 22x9.5 foose heat rims for my f150 and I can get them for free from a family member wanting to get new ones for there truck...but I was wondering the bolt pattern is 22x9.5, Bolt Pattern (PCD) 6x139.7 (6x5.5), Offset (ET) 18mm............and the 04 f150 bolt pattern is 6x135....I know those are different patterns but is there any way I can get these to fit on my truck? example: get a adapter or anything? or maybe get the pattern changed or anything(I dont know much about this stuff lol) so any help would be appreciated...thanks guys

there is adapters but they will also act like a spacer making them stick out even farther then they already will. factory offset is +44 so if those are +18 plus about another 1.5 from the adapter it will look stupid. sorry man

A machine shop might be able to redrill if the rim has enough material. I'd shy away from them though. It's kinda important...

I like this idea... do they come with tires. I'd keep those and flop the rims
