Antennas
Antennas
Why doesnt ford use the same kind of antennas that the new Chevys light trucks use. They kind of look like satallite antennas. I want to find one for my truck. I have a floppy antenna and I hate the way it bends on the highway.
I believe that kind of antenna on the chevys are for xm and gps. I like having my long antenna up on the hood because it lets me know if I can get under areas with low clearance before I find out the hard way, haha.

The technology for these "old school" antennas is so basic ... you'd think they'd all be integrated into the windshield and/or the roof line somehow. It just seems stupid to still use the screwed in antenna IMO. Oh well.
