How Do You Get Rid Of That Dinging Noise From Not Wearing You're Seatbelt?

Also, I Have Some Oil Leaking From The Rear Hubs Out Of The Rearend, Like The Axle Bearings Are Out? It's A 04, Hows That Possible? Thanks!

 

Owners Manual tell the process to stop the Seatbelt chime. Its like 7 steps. I cant remember them all.

Click it or ticket... Just wear the belt!!

 

I have to admit, I wont wear mine while going thru the parking lot. Like if im @ the mall and I want to drive to the other side I wont put it on. Thats when the reminder gets annoying. thats why I unset mine. However thats the only type of instance when I dont. Its almost like a habit, Get in, seatbelt, turn key.

 

I just deactivated my passenger one last night. We always wear ours but some times the wife unbuckles here to get things for the kids. Is easy.
1st put the key to the on position but dont start, wait about a minute for the seat belt light to go out. with in 50 seconds fasten and unfasten your seat belt 9 times end with the belt unbuckled.
At this point the airbag light will come on, buckle and unbuckle 1 time (you have 10 seconds to do this) after that the air bag light will blink 4 times confirming that the chime was disables. Your done. Im just remembering all this off the top of my head.
