FX4 Interior Question

Okay, the recent thread on upgrading the FX4 factory center arm rest to a leather one just made me make a spontaneous purchase. Thanks guys, my right elbow will be happier! Now I'm on a roll.

In the rear of the FX4 Screw there are two circular air vents. They're similar in operation to the front ones, but are all black plastic as opposed to the chrome/silver finish up front. They also look a little smaller and have a mesh of some sort inside.

One of mine is broken, so I planned replacing it. I can't remove the darn things though. The front ones pop out so easy, but the rear ones seem stuck. Are they mounted different?

Does anyone know if you can replace these with a chrome/silver version or are you stuck with the cheapo black plastic version?

In my '06 they are the same as the ones on the dash...I'm not too sure on the size...but I'll measure and get back to you..
