P1000: indicates all OBD tests have not been completed. Usually happens when a battery has been disconnected or a scan tool interrupts the drive cycles and tests are not completed because the scan tool operator tried to clear codes before the full diagnostic cycle had been completed. Only fix is to complete enough Drive Cycles to allow complete OBD scan. On rare occasions, you will also get a P1000 if one of the monotirs or PCM is bad.
P1635 is not a valid code for this vehicle. This means your intterrupted Drive Cycle set a false code.
So, go do a "Drive Cycle", and your P1000 should go away by itself, alowing hte pcm to reset and eliminate the P1000 and P1635.
Ford's definition of a "Drive Cycle":
"Drive Cycle Recommendations
1. Most OBD II monitors will complete more readily using a "steady foot" driving style during cruise or acceleration modes. Operating the throttle in a "smooth" fashion will minimize the time required for monitor completion.
2. Fuel tank level should be between 1/2 and 3/4 fill with 3/4 fill being the most desirable.
3. The Evaporative Monitor can only operate during the first 30 minutes of engine operation. When executing the procedure for this monitor, stay in part throttle mode and drive in a smooth fashion to minimize "fuel slosh". "
