stepside billet hook delete blueprints

ok i have tried selling these when i first made them but no body wanted to pay so here are the specs of the hook deletes

this first drawing is mainly to show where the holes go and as marked with a pen the hole is at a 20* angle and then after drilled it needs to be counter sunk

then this pic shows all the correct dimensions of the final piece

and tell the machinist to round the edges

just take these to a machine shop and have them machine them for you

ok here are some more detailed pics of the piece its self

o and be sure to tell the machinist to fly cut the side of it that will be facing out, print all of these pics for him and these instructions he should have no problems but if you or the machinist have a question just ask

o one more thing you will need shorter bolts they are metric 5.95mm bolt about 1.25" long

o and almost forgot the most important thing i used 1/4" aluminum

also if you want you can have the machinist ball mill a design in it if you want, and ask him to polish it, they should have a polishing wheel on a bench grinder there
