I'm looking for a new grille... I would REALLY like to get my hands on something that looks like something in-between the 6 Chrome Bar HD grille... and the 20+ Chrome Bar Carriage Works Grille... Anone make something like that???

Matt 05'FX4 is the only one I know who purchased one from a dealer.My grill came on my truck as part of The Roush Champions Edition pkg.

 

Ive been looking for one like that as well. I just went with the lund screen front for now. Putco makes one similar but i didnt like how you could see through it so easy. Then again it all depends on the light.

 

hey everyone, I have a nice grill on my truck unfortunately I bought it on ebay and I cant find a bumper grill to match does anyone recognize this grill and know where i can find a match

 

I passed by one of the local Ford dealers here in NC the other day and saw a
F150 with a grille like Matt 05'FX4.

The grille was on a "Chrome Edition" F150. However, I believe that grille is being offered in addition to the regular Chrome package in NC only. I have also seen a commercial on TV by the Carolina Local Ford dealers promoting the Chrome Edition Package and the truck in the commercial has the same grille.

I stopped by the dealership and they were unable to find the grille or a price, so to answer the question about it being available to the common man.....

I purchased my truck from the dealer with that grill.It is part of the Roush Champions Edition Pkg which was available in New England.
The parts guy at the dealership where I bought the truck can't find the part# or any info about the grill. He said he would have to call Roush and ask them because it's their grill.

 

I've seen these grill/emblem packages for sell on ebay. The package comes with the grill and tailgate emblem that says chrome edition. ( rottncorpse ) has sold some on ebay. Look him up here was the last on he sold that I was watching but has ended, ( #190003042523 ,ebay) he may sell more soon. I see he is currently selling the tailgage emblem separately. I've hear these grill packages sell for around $250. at the dealer. But you need a vin# to prove you bought the chrome package to qualify to buy this. I don't know how true that statement is but that what I was told. I put the HD grill on mine and found a chrome edition emblem for my tailgate from ( Parkwayford ) on ebay. They may sell you this grill as well. Give them a call they helped me talk to ( Joe Charles at 1-888-FORD-SVT X 120 ).

 

I dont know about the chrome package stuff. I found on on ebay that said the Chrome pack is:
Chrome 18" wheels
Chrome Mirrors
Chrome step bars

Thats it. I also saw one on a local lot (Pennsylvania) that had the chrome pack, and it was only what is listed above. 1295 bucks may I add..

Yes, You can add it but It won't be 1295. That's the price from the factory. I added this to my truck because it didn't come with it either. I bought a 05 leftover this year and got a great deal but it didn't have the chrome. I found a set of 18" chrome wheels/tires on ebay. They where a new set of take off wheels $900 w/shipping . I got my 5" chrome nurf bars at the dealer $416. I put oem chrome towing mirrors on I got off ebay for $325.
I recouped some of my expenses. I sold my oem mirrors on ebay and got $340 for them. I still have my original set of 18" Lariat wheel/tires and running boards That I'm getting ready to sell on ebay. So reselling your old will offsets your cost.
