I have an 04 6.5 Foot Bed with the factory caps. Now, I dont haul much, but after about 25,000 miles, the caps are pretty beat up. They are made of very soft plastic.

Does anyone make any replacements for them? Anyone found a better cap? or way to protect them?

Try DeeZee, I believe they make a polished stainless cap and a polished diamond plate cap for the '04 up models.
