Not a big fan of colored stock calipers because they are so small and it would make them stand out, but id try and match as close as possible the color of the grey on the bottom of your truck.

I have the same color truck and was considering painting my calipers also. If I were to do it, I would paint them black. Out of the colors you're considering, I would go with red. Good luck with your decision!
