You'll need to use locktite on the caliper mount bolts attached to the spindle (you don't have to remove this but that bolt causes huge problems when it spins out so it's worth a look). It's VERY common for them to come off while driving on our F-150's after changing the brakes (happened to me twice and numerous times to many others on here...some twice as well), your brakes lock up/jam and can groove your rotors.
