Need some tire info...

I have a 4x4 05 with a 2" auto spring.I was looking for a larger tire than the 255/70/17 it has.I like the nitto teragrap but it has no white letters and I kinda wanted the white letters.I was hoping to fit a 285 or 295/70/17 on my stock rims for now.I want a tire that can do light mud and a fair amount of ice and snow. Here in PA you never know what the winter will hold.Any input on brands and size I should look into?

The Toyo open country A/T has the white letters, actually came blue but after the first wash the blue came off to leave the letters white, I have the 285/70/17 and the thread pattern is very similar as the Nitto's as they are said to be made by the same manufacturer.
