There sending me a new one. When I installed my saber last winter in 45 degree weather I was ready for a real battle streching the cover on for the first time. Well, it was no battle at all, went right on. This made me nervous and rightfully so. At 80mph the vinyl would bow down between the center and last crossbow so much it disappeared from view in the rearview mirror. The vinyl in front of the center bow flapped all over the place. They measured and found it was way too big and a new one is on the way.

Anyone else have a loose extang?
