Just came to me!

If I jack up my truck with a six inch will I still be able to tow a trailer or boat? Will one of those drop hitches be enough? No impact, No idea!

yea you will definitly need a lowered hitch and you will loose some towing power. If you want that power back you will need to buy a tuner (like the edge) and some gears.

Thanks for the replys. I already have the gears (4.56), just waiting to save enough pennies to get everything done on the truck at once. (lift, gears, +install, tuner, fans, and rotors) Thinking I got a good couple months to decide on brands and ease the pain of all that cash. I know it will be worth it!

Sorry but definitely do not purchase the Troyer e-fans until they do something about those controllers. They're leaving us all with broken controllers of which we just happen to have "abused" the both of them. There is an awesome group buy going on for around $200 for an e-fan kit on FTW. I was going to say you're low end will be crap with stock gears but you've taken care of that, you'll be fine. I have almost no mid-end power decrease, I can still punch it and put you back in your seat at certain speeds. I do not do much towing whatsoever unless it's a stuck in muck friend in need and I'm certainly capable in that department. I have had no problem towing other vehicles on road either so you should be fine, your brakes I'd be seriously worried about. It's bad enough as is.

Is there another brand of fan I can get? What brand are the one on FTW? As far asx the brakes go, will rotors be enough or would I have to upgrade the calipers also?

Josiah, did you ever get the new dirt logics for you truck? How do they ride? Im stuck between that and the rancho? Reallly want the fabtech but you scared the sh*t out of me a while back with the problems you had!

Hah, I just received brand new coilovers boxed properly thanks to Armen. I need to install them now, will do that very soon. Will let you know how the ride is once they're installed, I'm going to crank them a little this time.

Ill be waiting for the feedback. How about a new video, Pismo maybe? Went there a couple of times when I was stationed at Camp Pendleton. I was only a passenger though, didnt make enough to have a truck back then. Still had fun.
