4x4 rear blocks on 4x2

Can someone give me some information on how to install some 4x4 factory blocks on a 4x2? It seems someone posted something about this the other day, but I couldn't find it searching.:o

You need 4x4 U-bolts which are 2" longer and you need 4x4 shocks so they won't over extend. You just take the 4 nuts loose on one side, jack the frame up and stick the block in, then tighten it up. Go to the other side and do the same and recheck nuts on both sides and tighten everything up. That is how you remove the 4x4 blocks only in reverse.
