22" Helo Skids w/ 305/40/22 nitto 420s, should be dropped 2/4 by the end of the month, and I've got some more goodies waiting to be installed and some more stuff I want to order.
Here is a whole thread on regular cabs, it hasn't been updated real recently, but there are still some very nice trucks in there.

I think the regular cab trucks are the nicest looking ones of the bunch on this new bodystyle! Here are a couple of shots of mine:





I'm still toying with the idea of doing a 2/4 drop instead of just the 2" shackle drop that it has now, and maybe adding a fiberglass bedcover of some kind....

Need to get some better shots, but getting weather, a clean truck, and a good photo spot all at the same time just hasn't happened. Couple others in the gallery.
