Help me.
First Number (315) divide by 25.4 Multipied by the 2nd Number in Percent
(70) multipied by 2 and add the last number (17) should give you a tire height of 34.4 inches.
315>25.4=12.4" wide
12.4x70%=8.7" sidewall height
8.7x2=17.4" Two sidewalls top and bottom
17.4+17=34.4" add the 17 as it is wheel dia.
34.4x3.142=108.1" circumfrence
108.1x25.4=2746 mm circ.

I doubt it will matter as 6mm is less than a 1/4". I am guessing you were looking for circumfence. I know the formula above sometimes does not quite come out with the same results as what some of the tire manufacturers say their tires are in height, but it is alway extremely close.
If you open the lightning software from Edge, it has a calculator for the tire sizes. Just put in the new tire size and leave the squish factor at the bottom at 5% and it will give you the right size. I done this and it was dead on with the size when I measured the size by marking and rolling.
