Welcome and nice truck! You made me miss my ranger, what a fun truck they are...just too small sometimes. I have a Magnaflow catback that exits just ahead of the passenger rear tire. Plently loud for me. I dont know what to compare it to, but if you had exhaust on that Ranger its about twice the sound of that, when you get on it

Loudest? Any 40 series flowmaster will not be the loudest, those are 2 chamber. Flowmaster does make a single chamber but it sounds very similar to having no muffler whatsoever. I'm running the single chamber, watch my vids to find out if it's the sound you're going for. You have 2 cats so you don't have the option of removing the rear set like I did.

Welcome. I have a Borla, which is quiet relatively speaking, which is what I wanted. Everything I have read when researching said flowmaster is loud, and check Gibson's website--I remember reading their descriptions of the various options from mild to wild.

Nice FX4! I'm running the Flowmaster 40 series on mine and it sounds pretty good. Nice Ranger as well.
