I am curious, why didn't you use the electric life f150 kit from A1-electric, was it price? These are "identical" to the factory units, stay away from lousy uniiversal kits in my opinion.

There is no need to buy motors (regulators) from Ford, they are not "Ford" anyway and they aren't any better/reliable. I'm not saying they are not OK, just that paying major bucks to Ford will not gain you anything.

As far as harness and switches, I went with the A1-electric kit also. Nice setups there.
