F150store.com Ordering???

Has anyone had an issue with them. I ordered my hitch 2 weeks ago and due to weight it had to be shipped freight. Now I get a call from Roadway saying that there is a COD 339.74 for shipping charges. NO WAY IN HELL am I paying more than 2x the cost of the hitch for that thing to be shipped here. Please advise as to what I should do.

I had an issue with F150store on floor mats that took 4 weeks to be delivered. Than an issue with a chin spoiler that needed to be shipped by "freight" for hundreds of dollars. Funk that. I will buy it off eBay with free ground shipping.

Wow, I've had a hood , and a tonneau (s-10) shipped to me clear accross the country by freight. Neither one was over $100 bucks to ship.

Yeah, I had a VERY heavy hitch, a class four, shipped from the other coast, 45 bucks UPS. And this thing was 65 lbs!!
I reshipped it UPS to Texas and that was 40 bucks so something is bogus here.
