So i went to autozone and switched it out for the 4061020 6 ribbed one which is what troyer performance has on their website but the autozone guy wanted me to get a different size.
Does it stretch?

Just for the old guys who had belts 'stretch' on their V-belt cars, no they wouldn’t stretch either. They wore down on the sides of the V, which caused them to sit too low in the grooves. But even after 10 years and 100k miles they were exactly the same length when you turned them around and put them on a belt 'stretcher' that's the device you use to measure the belts.

Gatorback serpentine belt (part# 4061020) _ AutoZone $27.99
So I guess that right, or at least thats what I put on too. Seems to be running fine right now.

I put one on my 06 FX4 scab - 5.4L. Part number is 4061030 Ordered from Troyer Performance. I called the dealer and confirmed my stock belt size was 103" first, Crystal at TP confirmed as well. Not sure if this is different than the 04-05... Been running for 2 months now and no more belt squeals at WOT shifts!
Joe, I can't recall the belt size but you want to be careful. The reason my tensioner pulley snapped on the dunes our first trip was because I had a belt too small. The pulley just couldn't take it, bearings went out and it finally broke. Worst timing ever. I'm sure you can vouch for that
