One of the best investments thus far...

However, I do kind of wish there were better guidelines for tuning the Evo.

You're given so many different options to adjust, but who really understands what settings work with the various mods we all have (specifically, the fuel and timing advance features)?

I think this is my next purchase. My only question would be, have any of you had drivability problems BECAUSE of the Edge? This would be the first time I have fooled around with a tuner in any of my vehicles and it makes me nervous.
That said, I will be calling around locally for pricing today.

As a failsafe, you can always use the "return to stock" feature and then unplug the sucker...

I got a rough idle once, I pulled it into a parking lot, returned it to stock and then reloaded it and bingo it ran fine. Kind of like rebooting a computer.

I will tell you guys something about the edge. A W E S O M E!!!

I had a ton of tech questions when i installed this bad boy so I called the tech line, and man!!! Instant answers!! And damn, do they know what they are talking about!! I love it! I love the fact that i can change my shift points AND firmness. Also, here we have 93 octane and i can adjust the Edge for 93 since level 3 is set at 91 Octane. Also, i can read all the sensors i.e trans fluid temp, engine oil temp, intake air temp, the list goes on and on. I have mine set for Instant MPG and Intake air temp, Rpms and Speedo. I can go on and on.
I love this thing, $300 is a STEAL!

Ok ok, you guys sold me, I found a good deal from a Canadian vendor on ebay, my edge should be here next week some time. Hopefully its as awesome as you guys claim, and maybe it will fix the little ping I still have.

Now I wait... ... ... this sucks.
