A/C problem
Hey guys, A buddy of mine was telling me that his A/C turns on and of every few seconds I did not understand him until he showed me.
he has a 04 lariat 5.4 with the auto a/c. It comes on and goes off comes on goes off comes on goes off. The light flicker the same way.
Has this happened to anyone else I though he was crazy until I watched it do it.

The EATC control head is wrecked. There's a TSB for this; sift through the owners manual and find the fuse for it. Pull the fuse and wait five minutes or so. Reinstall, and see if it starts working okay again. If so, keep on ridin' until it flakes out again, and if it does, the control head needs to be replaced with an updated part.
