I took my 04 XLT in for some warranty work. Warped rotors, rear shudder, drivers window noise, squeal from cold engine, hvac panel control sticking, and butyl pad recall, and pcm recalibration (rough idle).1st on the brakes they totally suprised me, I recieved all new front brakes, rotors, pads, calipers, and hardware. But, I think they did not do a great job on bleeding the brakes, the pedal is softer than before. They added friction modifer to the rear, lubed my windows (didn't help), Nothing for the hvac control, replaced my acc belt (cured problem), reprogrammed pcm (cured problem), and did the recall for the pad.
Other than the window still making noise and them not doing anything for the controls, I was fairly pleased with this visit to the dealership.
I have to go clean the truck and get some pics of my nice new rotors and calipers. I post some up later!
