how to figure tire size 32",33" etc..

I have 275x65x18 wranglers, don't want to loose any performance so looking to go up just one tire size. dumb question(s), what size are these - 32" ?? or better yet, how to calculate the height from tire size.

Looking at 285x65x18 bfg - guessing these are a 33" from what I have found here, but like the terra grapplers so would like to find the 33" version for the 18" rims - if they exist, gotta be some simple math here... thanks

Here's a great little tire calculator that I used when I was trying to figure out what tire/wheel combo I wanted to go with. It lets you compare your current size with a new one to show height/width differences and the amount that your speedo will be off with new tires.
