survey time on AS...please

I'm taking survey on those who has AS with AT LEAST 15,000 MILES OR MORE? Please include the following information.

Height of AutoSpring installed, mileage since install, rim and tire size, and MOST IMPORTANTLY if you have/had any ball joint or other suspension parts damaged from AS. Thank you kindly folks for your participation.

No issues at all. I gained 2.3 inches total height w/ 2.5 level kit. have 19.5K miles on my truck, about 9K on the AS, no complaints. See sig for tire/rim.

Ball joints have no wear, actually just looked at them, but I do no off-roading other than a trip in the dirt to ride quads and such. Hard to off-road with a trailer on the hitch.

Only difference I really found was my mpg decrease - most likely due to the aero of the truck now.

Only had the AS 2.5" kit on for a few months now with not that many miles,
no issues with the stock Lariat rims and tires.

I've had mine sitting on my desk for two weeks+. I'm having second thoughts since I ordered them. I'm worried about ball joints, AND the 2.5" being too much for a 4x2. I still haven't gotten a straight answer on the latter issue.

1.5" Autospring (smallest one not advertised unless you ask for it) gave my 2004 FX4 SCAB 2 1/4 " Lift. No problems at all and ball joints are normal. Current miles with AS is about 14,500.

Pics in my gallery of before and after, the autospring out of the box, close-ups installed and ball joint angles.

Hope this helps.

Rims are 20x8.5 +10

Tires are 33x12.50

No rubbing at full turn left or right unless suspension is compressed in the wheel well. Sometimes I get a little rub in reverse when turning, but thats rare (if Im turning during a speed bump or something?!?!). For me...no trimming is needed at all...it doesnt even happen enough to get that done.

You really do not have anything to worry about with the 2.5 kit on a 4x2. You do not have CV joints like 4x4's do, therefore you will not have any problem running the 2.5" spacer...
