Road Force balancing 20s

I did this over the weekend. Ride improved but I'm not entirely satisfied. The numbers on the Toyo 305/55/20 AT tires are high, plus 20 to 40 lbs. DIscuunt Tire said that this is normal with such large tires, and I did not buy them there. Seems high to me. Any thoughts? I'm wondering if i should take them back and get something different, as these are pretty new (less than 1000 miles)

Where did you get your tires/wheels from? I know I had 17" on my GMC that I got from Ebay for a cheap cheap price. Ends up they were factory seconds. The wheels were out of balance with no tires on them. When I mounted the tires, I had to keep mounting and un-mounting them until they nearly canceled each other out. At one point, when mounted, it was nearly 3.5 ounces off. After taking the tire off and spinning it 1/3 turn, they came out to be .5 off...
