2" or 2.5"
2" or 2.5"
I want the truck to sit perfectly level. Should I get the autospring 2" or 2.5" kit? Pictures of each setup would be great. My truck is a 2006 Screw 6.5 foot bed if that matters.
Thanks!
Thanks!

Measure the front end vs. the back end. My 06 Screw 4x4 was 2" off front to back. I went with the 2" Autospring kit and it sits perfectly even. I went as low as I needed to get the job done. I figure less wear and tear on the cv's, the ball joints and the steering rack. Besides I didnt want to take the chance that it would sit nose high.
i got the 2.5" with 33" tires... to me it looks perfectly level, but I know Im very **** retentive on some things too, so you may want to go 2 which may be a little down in the front or perfectly level. This also helps if you two, because I know that can weigh down the back some depending on how heavy the trailer.
I have a trailer hooked up to my truck quite often so I went with the 2". if you never haul anything in the bed or pull a trailer the 2.5" would probably look better.

I have the 2" with 33/12.50/20's on it.The nose is slightly lower than the rear but as stated above^^^^^, ball joints and CV joints wil take less wear and when you throw something in the bed or tow it is perfectly level.

Well I ordered the 2" AS kit (1 5/8" spacers) and that what I kit that I got, I measured them before they got installed. But somehow the 1 5/8" spacer raise the truck 2 1/2", which is what the 1 3/4" spacer should have done. I measured everything before I had the kit installed. I wanted the truck to have a little nose down since I tow and haul things alot, but now the truck sits perfectly level. I like the level look, but when hauling or towing the truck now sags and gives the "Kali style" look, which I hate. So now I am going to get Ride-Rite airbags. But anyway, here is a picture, more pictures by clicking on My F150's in my sig.
