Sweet sounding dude. I had just my exhaust done not too long ago, no headers just cat back, they did 'true duals' with no X pipe. What does that actually do for you? 2.5in pipes out the back w/ 3.5in tips, dual Magnaflow mufflers. My exhaust pops if you floor it right when you start it up, after it warms up 1-2 min it's fine, but I've wondered why it does that.

sounds and looks great. i am no way patient enough for all that work tho, lol i am just going to do some shorties myself, thats an awsome setup way to go

 

I checked out a few sets of shorties they just dont make the power like long tubes. I installed JBA shorties on a ranger what a PITA!, I'm stoked about getting headers but not happy about installing/ cussing them.

 

hmm for that price i may just have to get a set

btw are you useing 4 cats? i see 2 on the headers and 2 on the rest of the system

Magnaflow 3" cats pn#94139 the reason I went with 3" is that was the size of my collectors, I then reduced it down to 2.5". Also if you go that route I used a stepped band clamp at the header/cat joint so that I can slip them off if needed in the future.

 

thanks, have you emissions tested yet?

 

have you had any problems with them. this is a much cheaper route than going with dynatech's or the aem ones that are coming on the market. might consider these as well.
