Messed up bad!

today i was backing up my 2005 SCrew (FX4) into the garage, and since i'd done it a million times, i didn't even think about it...well, that is where things went wrong. i hit my driver's side door mirror. it didn't break the housing, but it did break the part where the mirror connects to the power mirror motor on the inside.

question is...would i replace the inside of the mirror, or the whole housing? and if anyone has experienced a brain fart like this, how much did it cost? oh, and i do have the signal lights on these mirrors. thanks for any replies.

I did but I only broke the glass. It was $23 to replace. But the kicker is you must buy the glasss from ford.

No worries. I replaced the Drivers glass and it looks brand new again.
$17 for glass and like 6 bucks for shipping
Oh it has the hookups if you have heated mirrors.
Old glass just pops off and new one pops in, no tools necessary.

Got it from tradeinmotion.com link to exact product!
