Where to buy Roush
Where to buy Roush
I have read all about the Roush supercharger and am really considering it. My question is where the cheapest place to buy it is, and if I install it will it be still covered with the warranty. I know Matt installed his but he works at a dealership. If not, how much do yall think it would be to install?

You will have to purchase the supercharger from an authorized Roush dealer. You will also have to have that dealer install the supercharger for you if you want to retain the modified warranty that Roush gives you. Shopping around won't get you anywhere if you are concerned about warranty, you will have to check out what price the dealership is selling them for and pay that.
Or you can say screw it and go for the Whipple like I did.
Ford Racing authorized dealerships will soon be selling these kits. I thought about Roush for a long time, but finally came to my senses and got my money's worth for a supercharger.

As far as price goes, I know I read on here and saw that there is a person that sells them on ebay for at least a grand cheaper than everywhere else, but you would have to have it installed. And I'm not sure about the waranty.

It needs to be installed (Technically, just signed off...actually /wink) by an ASE certified mechanic.
And as for where to go, call Mike Troyer with Troyer performance, they offered a GREAT combo price with custom tunes (removes the 99mph speed limiter that ALL supercharger kits come with) and fixes other issues as well.
I would have done it myself but I came into some financial hardship and now I just can't afford it.
So far I still love mine! Click the link in my sig for a little vid. It is quiet unless you want to hear it, and then it is music to your ears. I have an 8psi lower pulley and tune comming from M.T. in a few weeks. Install is fun...that's all I can say. I thought it was pretty easy and strait forward but I do this kind of stuff every day so....
Call Troyer Performance and when you tell them you want to talk Supercharger, you will be put through to Mike himself. He can fix you up with the Roush, either intercooled, or non-intercooled.. 540-862-9515.
You can't go wrong with either and Mikes tuning....I have witnessed several of his forced induction tunes on these big old 04-06 F-150's on the dyno, and he makes great, safe, power with them...
