Wood and Leather Steering Wheel Update!

Hey All,

So you may remember awhile ago that I bought a wood and leather steering wheel off ebay for my tan interior.

Well the leather matched perfect, the quality was awesome, but the wood did not match our F150 interiors perfectly.

Well anyhow, I've been search companies for weeks/months for someone who makes the steering wheel with a cherry zebra strip (what our wood is exactly) and I found a place!

They send me an example of the wood that is on the steering wheel and it is a beyond perfect match for our wood interior, along with the leather. It's exact (and you guys know how picky I am).

Anyhow the price is steep at $349 plus $10 shipping. You also have to give them your steering wheel that you currently have or you'll lose the $100 core deposit. So the total price of the project is $459, then subtract the $100 deposit when you ship your old steering wheel to them. So $359 total.

So I'm going to talk to the guy about a discount if multiple people order, but I would need to know how many people are interested. THEN I WOULD NEED TO CONTACT RP AND THE WEBMASTER FOR APPROVAL. (at least, that's how I think it works)

Regardless, just email me at kuba0043@umn.edu if you have interest and after I speak with RP and the Webmaster for approval, possibly we could set up a group buy to lower the cost significantly.

RP, if I already broke any rules with this post please delete this and let me know.

Thanks guys and please follow the rules I've just outlined. Let's not create more work for those who volunteer their time.

Thank you,

Duke

Could we possibly have a pic of what it will turn out to be?

I can't find any pictures of it installed though. Closest thing installed would be those on the new Expeditions.
