IIRC, the back spacing is 4.5". But don't quote me on that.

now im not sure if i want to get the mud grapplers or something else. I saw a bfg mud terrain tire today and a few of the pro comp tires. They looked good too. Are the grapplers noisy on the highway more so then the other 2 i mentioned?

The Mud Grapplers are not loud tires at all. They're a great tire so far.

Well, on the Dodge I test drove they were loud, those were 35x12.5"...I'm riding on 37x13.5. Larger lug voids should equal louder, but it doesn't always seem that way. My buddy's Jeep on 33" Cooper STT's (old style) are loud as hell, and I don't mean just inside the cab. Mythbusters should try something like that. Smaller tires slap wind harder as they're turning faster, so maybe that has something to do with it. Then again, the neigbors 42" boggers are some of the loudest I've heard, hard to say but my tires are not too loud, then again I'm used to my trucks exhaust, and if you've seen the video you know it's one of the loudest F-150's around. I'll have to get someone to drive my truck down the block...and not my gf either, I kinda like my bumpers. Remember, my tires are tucked pretty well inside the fenders, so that could provide some shielding from oncoming wind, and my buddy's tires on the Jeep stick out the sides quite a bit, and the Chevy on 42" boggers...well he's well lifted. But regardless, my tires don't seem anywhere as loud as they were on the Dodge.

My grapplers have great on road manners, they weigh a ton so if you're doing a lot of highway driving, your mileage won't be so great. I was taking the turnpike up Frank Raines going way quicker than I could on stock tires, not a squeal nor spin gave. Feel like you're in a damn indy car with the wider stance and better turning ability.

I got the BFG's M/T's and their not that loud, and they get real good mileage for a mud tire.
