TSB 06-04-07 Cam Phasers and Chain Tensioners is what is on my invoice.
BTW when they did the post work road test the mech noted a rear end howl this truck has made since it was new, and the service advisor told me that Ford has a revised ring-pinion assy to cure this. I had taken the truck in about two years ago for this problem and was told at the time that it was "normal."

After I bought my Bronco, and started only driving the F150 on the weekends did this problem start to happen. I'm thinking that it's a problem that occurs from the engine going "dry" while sitting, and not taking a cold start well.
