How much?

Here's a question: why are they replacing the driveshaft for $560 when the u-joints are worn out?

Are you telling me that Ford designed a driveshaft for our trucks with non-replaceable u-joints? That would be the dumbest thing I've heard since the non-greasable ball joints on my last truck (Dodge).

Universal joints should cost about $12. I change them in my garage with normal hand tools all the time.

I have the 2" shackles and love the way it looks and handles. I have felt no vibe, heard no whine. I will stay with mine,, I would hate to go back to that "big gap" look.

Hey Stealth, missed you for a while. good to see you back.

I didn't know a Dealership could void a warranty.
I thought the warranty came from the manufacture, not the dealership.
I thought they had to prove the modification caused the problem before they could refuse to file a claim against the warranty?
Maybe consider a new dealership?
