I had an '04 Scab and now have a '06 Screw and there is definitely an improvement over the years. The throttle on my 06 is much better that it ever was on my 04.

Only bugs I've had worked out are the ones in my grill....

I've had zero problems with my 04. I think most of the changes are cosmetic.

I have an 04 and have had zero problems with mine.

I believe that all 2004-2006 F150's ride the same.

It's all in your head.

I also believe that when they came out with the 04 they loaded it up with all the features, and since then have been cutting back on them due to cost saving measures, or coming up with packages so the buyer ends up paying for them. (there was a thread on this once I believe)

But thats just my opinion.

I saw a comercial showing that the 06 has heat activated foam making it quieter maybe that is why. Do 04's and 05's have this? I am not going to hit my A piller to find out.

My 06 does seem to be a bit quieter than my 04 was.

I have a 04, my father-in-law has a 05 and my buddy has a 06. I can't tell a difference in them at all other than the color. Mine does run better than their's but I have intake and exhaust.
