4.56 Motive Gears Installed

Finally! thank god. I have been looking at my gears in boxes on my floor for the past month. They are Motive 4.56’s. Well I cant post too much yet because I am in break in and don’t want to give her too much gas, but I can already feel a big difference. It is like the truck will move without sticking the gas pedal down 1/2 way. For all you gear critics the reason for my gears was because I am a idiot and got my truck with 3.55 and when I went to 33’s and the leveling kit, towing and acceleration were seriously lacking. There is a super slight whine coming on around 40 mph or so, but its so slight you have to have the radio and a/c off to hear it. The only beef I have is that it looks like they didn’t put my stock diff cover back on??? I cant say they didn’t though because I didn’t look at it before it went to the shop……. The one on it now looks older and is not new looking like the original…. Might be a good reason to get an aftermarket one….. Anyways I will add more later once I get the break in (non synthetic) oil out of the differentials and put in Royal Purple (Approx. 1000miles). By the way don’t ask about speeds and rpm’s yet because they are way off. That will be fixed in about a half month with an Edge programmer.
