Will A Tach Work?

I Have A 2004 F-150 4.6l Can I Install An Aftermarket Tachometer? How? Thanks For Any Help.

yes you can install a tach but you need some sort of adapter you are probably better of switching to a lariart or fx4 cluster or purchasing an edge last time i checked the adapter was pretty expensive. unless you really want the whole aftermarket tach thing. try seaching for it you will pull up lots of info.

I have a lariat but i was throwing around the idea of a after market tach, where could i find this adapter?

Hey thanks, 70 is a bit up there but hey, its sorta worth it.

Oh sorry for double post(if any one cares) but my dad had a aftermarket tach put on his vett and it sorta screwed with the tach he had on their already. Like the aftermarket tach would read 3 thousand RPMs then the stock tach would finnaly start to move. Would that happen with me, or will both tachs work the same?
