I would say #3, but since you are going for the street look, go with #2. I think #3 is a little too much for the street look..IMO

The #3 hood is best because the Ram Air hood is made out of a OEM material and will hold up much better and last longer - it also comes prepainted! The #1 and #2 hoods are Good Hood versions made out of fiberglass and will warp and crack overtime.

I gotta say I think the nicest one is the Shaker Hood. I have NEVER seen another truck with one on, except here. The other hoods I have see, or at least similar hoods. The shaker makes a great streat looking truck too. Plus, if it matter to you, you get to keep the nice factory painted hood and don't incurr any more cost. With the other ones you have shell out the dough for the hood and then the dough for the paint. If you'r **** about your truck, like I am, the paint difference in the new hood and the rest of the truck would drive me bonkers. Yes, a good paint guy will match it but hopefully the finish would be better than OEM, hence giving you a different looking pain job. Just some ideas to keep in mind.

I really don't think any of them look better than the stock hood IMO.
