I think for functionality and looks, I'll keep my edge. That unit really looks out of place on the dash.
They have some good dyno info on there to compare the F150 5.4L to the 5.7 Dodge Hemi...
265HP & 328ft/lb torque on premium, a gain of 25HP and 40fr/lb over stock for a F150.
284HP & 309ft/lb torque on premium, a gain of only 13HP and 16ft/lb of torque for the Hemi
